Works: The demolition and site clearance design and construction of high rise concrete frame buildings accommodating 405nr mixed tenure dwellings with associated landscaping and basement car parking and service connections and community facilities.
BPM provide JV Supervisor and Employers Agent services in the development process from inception through the detailed planning application and changing procurement process. The client decided to procure a JV partner in competition for which BPM prepared bespoke two stag tender strategy and detailed documentation to meet their specific selection criteria
BPM managed the pre contract design process identifying the most economical structural grid and services strategy to be reviewed and developed further by the Contractor.
BPM created a detailed Risk Register to inform Bidders and the successful contractor those prioritised Risks that had significant impact upon the project.
