Works: The project consists of 158 Shared Ownership properties within a larger regeneration development delivering 420 properties. The Development Agreement was acquired with an existing planning permission. BPM worked with the client to prepare and evaluate development offers and negotiate the final package price, design and specification to meet their design and delivery objectives including the much earlier than expected show unit delivery.

We developed a project specific Risk Register utilising the 360 feedback information.

We engaged with solicitors and design team, identified all the risks within the contract documents and made allowances to enable a balanced tender review through the separately identified pre commencement and enabling works on site.

The project team worked collaboratively to deliver the necessary start on site and milestone dates. Once resolved, the project is being successfully delivered on time and to budget with Sales values far exceeding budget.
