Works: Is the conversion and refurbishment of an existing office building into 67 Nr 1 and 2 bedroom flats for rent and shared ownership delivering ECO Homes Very Good by utilising insulated overcladding systems and drylining, double glazed replacement windows, PVs serving each property and individual heat recovery system. BPM undertook and managed the design and specification process managed by the quality plan focusing upon whole life cost and energy performance solutions to minimise future running and energy usage and the compliance audit of the Design and Quality Assessments of HQI, DQS, BFL, Lifetime Homes, pre, mid and completion audits to ensure full compliance and realisation of the project objectives. This model formed the template for numerous similar projects in the area procured with the same client.
