Client: London and Quadrant Housing Trust
Works: Regeneration of redundant commercial space around the canal basin, retaining listed buildings returning back into modern commercial spaces within the confines of the listed planning permission. Construction of 6,500m² commercial space, GP surgery, Café and 210 new mixed tenure residential units, landscaped areas and basement alongside the canal basin. New structures area concrete frame with light weight cladding systems. CHP central heating plant all designed to achieve code for sustainable homes level 4.
Services: Project Management of scheme from inception, planning application, permission and procurement of the main contractor, contract administration to Practical Completion and occupancy. Planning Supervisor and Cost management from inception to completion. Clerk of Works, management of Quality Control through to final certification.
