This Project required BPM working from project inception with key personnel at Red Kite and the design team to produce a new Employers Requirements document for Tendering.
BPM managed technical review and pre planning meetings and produced the Tender Documents.
The scheme was subject to Cost Planning during the Pre Contract Planning Phase and required close liaison with an external utilities company due to the close proximity of the existing Substation.
