Works: The demolition and site clearance design and construction of 8 to 15 storey concrete frame buildings accommodating 205nr mixed tenure dwellings and 4,000m2 church/community hall with associated landscaping basement car parking and service connections. CHP communal heating system with heat recovery and PV panels. Green and brown roofs.
BPM provide JV Supervisor and Employers Agent services in the development process from inception through the detailed planning application and changing procurement process. The client decided to procure a JV partner in competition for which BPM prepared bespoke two stag tender strategy and detailed documentation to meet their specific selection criteria.
BPM managed the pre contract design process identifying the most economical structural grid and services strategy to be reviewed and developed further by the Contractor.
