Works: The demolition and site clearing of existing structures, stopping up and reallocation of adopted highways and construction of 164 mixed tenure properties with concrete framed buildings. BPM negotiated the Building Contract documents and the Contractor/Developer pre purchase agreement of 15% of the homes for sale, assisting the client with the agreement details.

BPM managed the key risk of:

  • ground contamination within budget
  • STATS replacement within programme
  • boundary issues with minimal disruption

The demanding requirements of the sales team required review and revision of the design finished until the right product was achieved to take to the market.

The site remediation included identification and location of constraints including:

  • asbestos buried under slabs
  • local hotspots
  • general contaminants

STATS relocation, replacement and new sub stations.
