Works: The project consists of 177 affordable rent properties within a larger development. The Development Agreement was acquired with an existing planning permission. BPM worked with the client to prepare and evaluate development offers and negotiate the final package price, design and specification to meet their design and delivery objectives including the much earlier than expected show unit delivery. We developed a project specific Risk Register utilising the 360 feedback information and applied lessons learnt to the detail design proposals introducing improvements to the build and delivery of the product. We engaged with solicitors and design team, identified all the risks within the contract documents and made allowances to enable a balanced tender review through the separately identified pre commencement and enabling works on site
